floral tiny sessions | short and sweet boudoir sessions at the render boudoir studio
I loved hosting floral tiny sessions at the studio this Spring! It’s no secret that quality boudoir photography is a luxury service and often a considerable investment financially. That’s why I love to make shorter, more affordable sessions available a few times each year to make boudoir more accessible to more beautiful humans! It’s also a great way to try out boudoir photography for the first time without committing to a full session — or, as I found out from a few repeat clients, a great way to add variety to your boudoir image collection if you’ve started one already.
This year’s tiny sessions were 20 minutes long and featured a neutral, minimal background and lovely florals. I encouraged each clients to try a “flower top” look with jeans and welcomed them to try other looks as well as time allowed. A few took me up on the offer to double their session time to 40 minutes. I used similar color tones as I do in my usual editing, but edited with far less contrast and far more grain than usual which gave the images a bright, fresh, painterly look.
